How long do you take to deliver the links? I do not want them delivered all in a few days. Slow and steady wins the race is my approach to this.

Can anybody tell me about a software which used by many SEO companies and providing excellent Google ranking with in few days. I am talking about a software which put website links in different active sites futter and sidebar with anchor text.
