Not sure how many citations are India based, but there's a handful that accept businesses from all over the world. I would start in both of those areas and build a master list custom for that business, then get rolling.

Unfortunately this service is best for businesses in the US and sometimes UK, CA, or AU because we have a few replacements for sites that don't take those countries in our list.

I also have a client that doesn't have a street address listed, which has been a problem. It is just the city/state that Google shows, not the actual street address as it is a service area, not an office. Will this work for your service or will that be an issue?

Foreign language citations are admittedly a bit difficult but if you want to place a small order for 40 I think we'd be able to take care of what we can and pro-rate a refund after the work is done if we couldn't hit 40+.
