Would the info submitted through your service overwrite current listings on the sites it hits? I have a few like Yellowbot, Yellowpages, Citygrid, Yahoo/Bing local that require phone verification to claim and make changes.

If they're already there I don't think it would create a duplicate unless the business info was different. What kind of changes is it? To the address/phone ?
