Yes, you'll need a business name, address, and phone at a minimum.

I have a local business that operates in peoples homes and does not have a main location other than my apartment. I do not want my home location seen though on the Google Places Page. Currently the "address" shown is just the area of our address because we have it hidden. Does that affect how the citations are done and if I went through with this package what would the citation be?

Yes, you can hide it via Google Places but a citation is inherently an occurence of your NAP (name address phone) so we wouldn't be able to hide those details when building citations on other sites.
