One of the clients that are difficult to please, whatever you do. Pushing hard and one of them who will ask for update each day via skype probably.
Email support was great but that wasn't mentioned as usual.
We do not use skype much because it's time consuming, and we are much better and faster via email, if that's for 4/10 then i'm good with it.
Also i was on vacation and cloudyquasar knows that but he continued to pushing to get his report before month is end, or some links to see what's done so far.
It's clearly mentioned in our thread that we send full report at the end of each month, but we have to made a concession because of his pushing.

All in all thanks for review!

Unfortunately i don't have a time to deal with this thread anymore so i closing it now.
