Same as the others.... I ordered the trial and have heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no report, nada. As a suggestion to you guys, just send some kind of note to your customers. Anything will do. Even "Thank you for your purchase, we'll get back to you as soon as we have something to say." Either via emails or PM.

The only email I got that is related to your service was from PayPal advising me of the payment that I made to your account.

Thus please check your records and verify that you are sending messages to the right person. It would not be good if you emailed my report to someone that is not me.
