In agreement you mentioned company :Gearwebs , but i think company is not in existence in the eyes of law as its not registered under any act so the contract is Void. Just buying stamp papers and write few lines doesn't make it Legit agreement.

I had friend who studied in hindi medium till 9th(he was 6 when in 1st class) and later on joined English school but has to start from 7th class he failed twice till 10th and did his 11th and 12th in 3 years but as per his certificate he was still 15.. strange but true ..

People have lost in court just for making a deal in a handkerchief. When two parties sign a document, it will hold in the eye of the court. When you do it with a company the company have to provide there bank acc, valid address and more.

Also OP, the other thing I don't quite understand is for the $500 package you guarantee $100 p/d but for the $5000 package you only guarantee $300 p/d, why is this?

Doesn't it make sense for me to buy 3 X $500 packages rather than 1 x $5000 package?

OP, this is what worries me, it takes you too long to answer questions.

If I invest $5000, it makes financial sense to invest in 10x$500 packages rather than 1x$5000, doesn't it?


$500 package guarantees $100p/d x 365 = $36500 x 10 packages =$365000

$5000 package guarantees $300p/d x 365 = $109500

I realise the figures aren't 100% as the 1st Month doesn't really count but why such a big difference in revenue?

I will strongly recommend anyone considering investing/buying this to not do so. I could spend a lot of time typing why not, but that would mean wasting more time with this service and provider.

Before I start I will say I told OP if I did not get payment I would bring it to the thread.

But basically, I paid $500 on March 6, and haven't seen a dime, according to the plan, I was supposed to make $22 a day after a week, so based on that calculation I should have been paid $880. Rather I've been paid $0, getting excuses such as "credit card limit, cannot pay via Paypal", "should be able to pay tomorrow", "will provide bonus", "Paypal unavailable, will wire tomorrow", "wire should been in your account in 72 hours", "bank holiday will take a little longer", "you will receive by tomorrow", "will receive by today", etc, endless cycle of excuses. I've wasted a lot of time with this, at this point yes the money is kind of important but what is more important to me is to discourage others from falling in this trap.

The biggest problem is the utter lack of proofs, multiple times I've requested any proof of the site creation, of payment sent, of earnings proof, nothing, nada.

Another thing please don't yell at me for falling for this, I've been scammed before and this is not new to me, yes I was stupid and I let my greed get in front of my logical thinking, I don't need someone else to tell me this.

So, tl;dr, don't even think of spending a penny with this guy. Not sure how the mods approved this sketchy service, but your best course of action is to close this thread and never open another thread if it's by the OP, cannot be trusted unfortunately.

This is no trap , yes , payments delayed , but done to many.
