That's surprising ...
I guarantee via agreement and cheque if the buyer really want it like that (most of the buyers won't go that way ) but i advice to do so.
I will post adsense earning ssc in 1 more day (applied new account on blog samples)

I am asking how you can guarantee $3000 p/m, how is it possible to predict the future earnings of any site.
I would like more information on how the site generates the $3000 revenue.

I only ask because you are hosted on the same sever.

I just wanted to let the forum know that the OP (Webso) had paid the revenue directly in my bank account on two occasion till date . The total amount paid is around 198 USD (when converted in USD, at the rate 60 INR per USD). I have the proofs but I can't post it publicly.

Also, I am expecting my next payment of around 73K INR (around 1216 USD ) in two installments.
OP has already initiated the first installment transaction of 40 K INR (around 666 USD) yesterday (7th April ,2014) . I will keep the forum posted when I receive my next payment.

no geniewebs is not mine , recently i migrated to hostgator from liquidweb.
all details regarding earning can't be posted here or it will take the mode of conversation and argument , talk with me in skype.

When you enter into an agreement whether verbal or written that constitutes a contract.
A contract isn't worth the paper it is written on, as it is only enforceable in a court of law.
A cheque even if it is post dated is no good because they can be stopped or bounce.
How about putting $3000 dollars into escrow for your customers?

You guarantee the amount of $3000p/m but I still don't comprehend how you can guarantee that figure.
How are you driving traffic?

I don't see the point in talking on Skype as I am sure other potential customers are interested too.

I appreciate you may not want to disclose all your methods but please try to give an indication.
