Due to recent Facebook updates, apps without the SDK are having issues in creating ads. As a result there has been a delay which has been informed to all the clients whose campaigns are pending. This seems to be bug and a temporary which should be solved soon by Facebook.

Also, I offer complimentary integration of Facebook SDK and submission of apps to respective app stores for new & existing clients. This takes a few hours and approval time is a few hours to a day even for iOS.

We know how valuable time is and would like to offer this to avoid any further delays.
