How can I see when the app is installed from FB? Do I have to implement anything in the app from FB?

Paid apps are done on a very individual basis. Hence, their campaigns have to be dealt one-to-one basis.

You can directly use the CPA link. You don't need anything else. However to be on the safer side, a cloaker is advised.
