Me and you both, going to just open a case now through Paypal. It's such a shame as the service going wrong or not working anymore is fine, but just flat out ignoring paid clients is just plain rude.

I have a client who is currently using this service for Instagram, the client obtained three months service and for the month of August it hasn't delivered. Requests for refunds, consistently ignoring emails and won't be get back to my client about the issue of not delivering both consistent likes and followers as paid for. It's a shame as it started off really well, but sadly has really dropped off.

Third month is still going on and I have mentioned in the emails that they will be compensated adequately for the delay caused. Also, the followers they wanted are being delivered as promised while its only the likes which are taking a bit of time to get delivered.

And if you still have doubts or queries, feel free to let me know.

You haven't refunded anything and the service just stopped working. We have been really patient and given you loads of chances to fix things, now you need t o refund this.

We never ignore our customers and do the best we can to sort their issues out! We apologize all the issues faced and the good thing is that the service has already started working and we have added 15 days of extra service as compensation.

Have purchased the trial package about a week ago. Really really pleased with the automatic likes and I have had some organic growth in followers through this. My only issue is that it has been more than a week and I havent received the 1000 followers. No doubt as its been Easter, it may take longer but have tried contacting and nothing back yet. Still I'm hoping they will be delivered some time real soon. Will be giving the benefit of the doubt so far and will report back in a few days.
