Here are my results: didn't seem to work for me. Was new site and just used this service. Medium competition kw (400K results), onsite optimized.

4/18/14 ordered. google rank: unranked
5/8/14 delivered. google rank: unranked
6/12/14: google rank: 179. peaked at 172

Maybe you'll have better results, but this didn't work for me.

Good question.. I would recommend Beta Rank for both however most of my clients have been repeatedly using this for Tier 2 backlinks.. Yes. It works on both direct linking and tier 2 links! Results that you will get for sure..
