No this is not usual. Usually clients see serp improvements in 2 weeks or so, but then again Rankings depend on many factors, including ON Site seo & link diversity. As we've mentioned many times on thread, this service works best with Strong links. 301s pass authority and trust, but they are not substitutes for normal linkbuilding as mentioned on our thread.
