Much as I have tried to love this service, Getting responses is difficult. I was impressed by the timely responses "before" any payment was made but after that, getting replies on Skype became a thing of the past. A request I made to be applied to my ads account has still not been responded and you can not reach him via Skype or the number listed on the website, not to mention on basecamp where the project is suppose to be managed and reported on. I will not be doing business with this provider after the initial 30 days is over and i'm making the same request I made initially on Skype and Basecamp , perhaps you will respond if I post it here yes?
