Both are phone verified. Old ones are strong accounts comparatively.
There are few things where old ones work better than new ones.
Yes need to use multiple ips/proxies. Better you use USA ones but if you use any other country based that should be fine as well.

You should use proxies if you want to use multiple accounts on same system.
Otherwise accounts can get disable or ask for reverification.
