My Review:

All the comments are on High PR blog posts.
Each comment is on unique domain.
TAT was very good.
Report was very professional with links, pr, keywords and your urls.

My overall rating: 9.5/10

REVIEW:

Well what should i say? I was afraid that it would be a service like all and my fear became true !
It's always the same lies : low obl, relevant comment etc. but well i want to show you the OBL from the PR4-PR6 Links:

as you can see its quite high, the "low" OBLs on the screen are pages where my backlink is not avaiable (there are no blog comments on the site, so i wonder why he listened it) and the other low obl page is from page 7 where my link now is and there is no PR more.

On the site with the 6 external links my backlink is also not visible . As i can see that there is no possiblty to put a backlink in the comment, because i did not see a backlink in the comments.

Have a look at the OBL of the PR3 links:

Well i would not recommend this service, or maybe as 2nd tier but even for that its bad.
One KW from me was on #21 after report delievery it went back to #45 .

Hmmmm so decide yourself !

Edit: i dont know if some mods or jr. VIPs get paid for good reviews, but may can i ask you what is "low obl" for you ?
