Like a service such as DeathByCaptcha?

No. I stopped using any OCR service and have been just skipping all the recaptcha sites. So using only CB with my lists should be just fine. Keep in mind how ever, more and more sites are starting to use ReCaptchas as they are very hard to solve and sites in my list might have those added since I verified a link and added it to my list.
