The ETA stated in the post by OP is something he clearly doesn't stick to (it says 1K-10K likes will be delivered in 24-48 hours. It's been the double for me and I still haven't received my 5K likes).

Can't beat the price though, so I don't really mind as long as I get what I paid for. But OP might want to change the ETA if its not something he can stick to.

Whats Unprofessional that I do not work on Weekend? If you work 24/7 Your Professional. I work 5 days a Week. and Handle 30k per day Order Maximum. So If order Load is High, and FB Updating Too, Delivery Become automatically Slow. I am Selling Service. and With Online Marketing TIme of Delivery always little Up and down. In Last 10 days, FB updated 2 TImes Closed around 100k+ accounts which a professional might aware of. No one at this time Providing Likes at 1$=1k. So if delivery is Slow, It is Normal Nature. I am Changing Time of Delivery for Every Order. Will Update New TAT on Site, and every New order will get Email with New TAT.

Online Marketing is not Just Like that. Time of delivery for Every Seller increase fast or slow with time and different issues. If FB Updated in last 10 days 2 Times, there is nothing a Seller can do to help. he is Providing service, Not Own FB or anything. I am sending Likes to all. but Remember New Time of Delivery is Different. I am Updating New TAT on Site too.

FB Update was 15th march (2nd Update) So Orders Stopped for few days, that is no Issue. It is solved and Orders delivery on the way. but New TAT is slow delivery at this time, Everyone have to understand this.
