The help ticket option should be where its always been. The only way it would disappear is if you had some aggressive browser plugins like Ghostery & AdBlock installed but didn't provide an exception to CPAlead. Have you installed something new?

thanks. i added cpalead as safe for my plugins and we're good now.

No problem. Some of the more aggressive plugins can do that. Same goes for anyone, if you notice an oddity, always check to ensure CPAlead is approved or marked safe within any plugins you have that block elements of a website.

Ive heard a lot of very good things about cpalead lately and I decided to sign up to test my mobile traffic but you have waaaayyyy tooo many offers to pick from :( I know thats good in a way but also theres no way for someone new to the platform to know really which will work best and even with a test its so many offers that I wont get to test them all with enough clicks?

Nice you have so many mobile offers but so many makes testing tough and i want to know im getting the best out of you guys. What do you do in this case

Hi Gruden,

Thanks for the post. I'm glad good things are being spread about CPAlead. We want people to know about how well things are going and we want everyone to test us.

With regards to the large amount of mobile CPI campaigns we have for iOS and Android, it is a good thing. I completely understand your concern about testing and I'll explain how it works. We have an offer sorting algorithm (Offer Engine) which works to optimize the offers that you display. We pool the network statistics then understand your own traffic behavior to properly display the offers that will work for you. This keeps you from having to sample each and every single offer until you find out what works for you. I can understand how difficult that would be and we've thought of it.

In addition, you can manually intervene and make adjustments if you wish by setting parameters such as price floors or filtering offers out that you don't want. This way we you have the best of both worlds with our engine working for you and the ability to fine tune as you wish. What's great about that is even when you make changes, our system will adapt and work with what you've done. So there's no worry about having to test 1,000 different offers. That's what our network is there for :)

Does that answer your question?

Peter

I've got a serious problem with Italian Pin Submit's offers. They doesn't work. When try to promote my shorturl (cpa ly something) it tooks me to an error page saying "ADIF not allowed".
I contacted your support team 2 weeks ago and they told me that they will fix the problem. But they didn't do.

Can you help me?

@ALL

We're performing a refresh on all of our mobile inventory tomorrow evening and within the next few days should be going live with
an additional 1,000-2,000 CPI offers for iOS and Android!

If you're looking to split test or if you have mobile traffic to monetize, we'll be able to take you to the next level with some great exclusive offers.

saw this message on new apps in chat too but im not seeing any yet or maybe just a few.

Hi Jag,

So the post went up that we're going live with 1,000-2,000 over the next few days. I think you took a look on day 1 where we had about 100 new offers in place. It's going to be a gradual thing as we do some testing, add more, test and add more. Through today it will be closer to about 500 so you should notice a big difference. I'd say we'll hit the 1,000 to 2,000 mark by early next week.

Good question

Peter

Finally some help. Unfortunately I can not answer to your PM, due to 15 posts limit. I must explain here.
CPA Lead seems to be a great network, but for me - now - it's totally impossible to use.
Any offer i try to use for promotion alway takes me to an "403 error - AFID not allowed". Trust in me, i've tried almost all offers: incent and non-incent.
Always the same error, in all the mobile offers, in all countries!

I've contacted 3 times your support center: and "Justin" always says

"Hello,
Quite odd! Looking into this right now and should have an answer shortly on what may be causing this!

Regards,
Justin"

This is very annoying. Can you finally help me to fix this issue?
If you can, give me a contact email in PM

Hi Notipedia,

Not a problem. Sorry about that. I sent a PM and thought that you could reply if you were sent one but maybe not initiate due to your post count.
I haven't heard of an AFID error in the past so it would help to connect directly.

Justin is your assigned account manager but for this particular issue, please send me an e-mail to [email protected] along with your account ID.

The only explanation there would be to that is if the advertiser in question has blacklisted you from that particular offer. If you have a brand new account, that shouldn't be the case.
Otherwise, they may have chosen not to take your traffic (for now, they perform regular reviews). In that case, your affiliate ID won't be able to load a specific campaign or set of campaigns.

Send me an e-mail and I'll gladly look into it.

Regards,
Peter

Hi, I got a question. When setting up a content locker, for payout it says Paypal or "Custom" and has the link to a PDF for setting up Paypal and IPN, but Paypal's site has completely changed and looks nothing like you have in the PDF, nor can I set the options you have laid out in there. Is this just a kind of leftover from the old technology? I would totally understand that and have no problem with it, but it says if not setup properly I will not be paid and the user won't be able to unlock the widget. Also, on a side note, what is the best solution CPA Lead has for Ad Block? Is it currently just a notice to the user? Again, I understand, just curious. Thanks for your time.

Jim

i am interested to join but before that can you let me know if you have offers for China and Russia?

Hi Jim,

Thanks for the questions. They're very valid and I'm glad that you've raised them.

With regards to the Paypal documentation, you're right, they'v made some dashboard changes and we need to update our documentation. PayPal had the same dashboard for quite a while and we had that document in place for those using the classic version. I believe everyone is now ported over to the new dash so we'll have something out soon. If you're able to navigate and setup paypal, you'll still be paid. The mechanics remain the same in general.

With regards to AdBlock, its unfortunately very common in the industry. Not only with networks but actual ads themselves.
These most certainly are and should only be a warning to the user. Based on our tracking, we find that a lot of users continue on. They know that they're about to be engaged by an ad and that's part of the whole idea. So what will happen is they'll see the instructions that say "Please interact with an ad to continue" then see that no ads show and there is a prompt asking them if they want to show the ads.

If the user doesn't say yes, well then they weren't likely to convert anyhow since they understand the premise and don't want to even see the ad. If they do say yes, AdBlock will make an exception and allow the ads to show.

Does that help? Please let me know if I can provide any further clarity

Peter
