Net 7 is when you are paid for the previous month's earnings on the 7th of the month. So you would be paid for all June earnings on July 7th and all July earnings on August 7th.
Anytime you see "NET" it means "end of the month +" then whatever number follows is how many days past the end of the current month you'll be paid.

The desktop content locking template seems very dated. I think it can convert better if you've updated it to be more inline with the link locker's template or maybe like some other network's template.
The mobile locker looks more inline with modern UI which i like. One feature I would like to suggest is having a point system and ability for users to register/login to track their points. Something like, requiring users to accumulate 100 points to unlock certain things. So they will have to download a few apps to reach it.

The desktop locker / widget can be customized via CSS but what we'll do is add about 20 more templates in there for additional diversity. Thanks for the suggestion.
Thanks regarding the mobile locker. You can also fully customize it to your liking and we include an upload area for your custom files (which you can use our Jroller builder for) or you can choose one of our templates.
Regarding your suggestion, I agree entirely. A virtual currency / points system makes perfect sense. We actually have one built out
we'll be deploying it shortly and if you prefer, you can use that. Thanks for the suggestions.

Yes, we accept adult websites and traffic. However, you must make sure to select "adult traffic" when setting up a locker.
We need to know so that we can run adult approved offers.

Certainly.
You likely know the differences between the two (incent and non-incent). With non-incent we run through CPAlead.com and incent is on ContentLocking.com
both are CPAlead properties.
In terms of the application criteria, I'll tell you what we look for on non incent.
1) SMS verification (you likely did this on incent)
2) Your domain or evidence of how / where you plan to drive traffic
3) A description of your promotional methods
4) We may elect to contact you via telephone or instant messenger.
*5) A valid ID.
We'll then proceed based on your answers. If you have good non-incent traffic sources or any sort of legitimate setup, it should be very easy to get approved.
