All else equal regarding distribution rights, yes we allow movie and tv sites.
Mind the distribution permissions and rights though - aka distribute that which you can do legally.

Yes, absolutely. If it is an incentive based offer then you can encourage visitors to install an app.

It depends on where you're looking. If you're looking in our "offers" section from within the dashboard, you can see all of the stats for yourself.
If you're looking at a locker and see a survey panel, then what you're seeing is a product of our algorithm which sorts and displays offers that give you the best chance of generating revenue and adapt to your traffic patterns.

Yes, we're putting in place a manual approval for anyone on an IP that has SPAM issues. I'll be able to approve you one by one this week.
We've checked back and anyone getting an error message is from an area where someone SPAMMED on the IP range. Its only an issue for 2-3 countries right now but we'll get a manual fix in place

Yes, we're putting in place a manual approval for anyone on an IP that has SPAM issues. I'll be able to approve you one by one this week.

In general, all that you need to do is place the widget code into the header on the page that you want locked.

I applied for a CPA account. Justin Lamb contacted me. I gave him a detailed description how I plan on promoting CPA offers, but my application was rejected. I simply got access to the incentive site - but I don't care about content locking for now, as I have no idea yet how to promote that kind successfully.

What can I do so I get approved for the non-incentive program?
