What's your policy on underage publishers?
I'm 17 (Turning 18 in July), reside in the US and am just getting into internet marketing.

I have signed up but the site is hard to navigate. How do I browse advertisers

Thanks, we haven't had that feedback before but I'm glad to get it. Maybe there is a way to make it even easier.

Once you're logged into the dashboard, everything is organized for you in tabs on the left hand panel. Simply choose the category you're interested in (ads are under "surveys") then find everything you need.

Please let me know if I can help,
Peter

You're good to go if you're 17, we can make that work with you.

Please fire off a note if you'd like help or need any details.

Cheers,
Peter

I like the new CPALead and i registered an account to test it. I t seems to work ok and i might consider moving more of my niches for a better statistics. Anyway i also took a look at your adult offers and they seem to be very few. Do you intend adding more offers for adult content in the future ?

That's great to hear, thanks. I'll be sure to sign up once I'm back home.
Do you have any credit score/credit report offers to use?

EDIT: Had my question answered by support after about ten minutes. Looks like Justin put in a request for me. Great support.

I have been denied for using the premium surveys due to my current earnings.
Do i have to earn $50 to access those surveys?

Also, I have clicked the enable quick pay button yesterday to set my pay date. However, today I found it is still net 30.
The last question is why the surveys I have disabled still display?

Hi Patrsorin,

Thanks for comment. Yes, we are currently setting up an API with a few ad providers so that we can port in additional adult ads. We're going to continue bringing in as many as we can without sacrificing quality. There are a lot of ads out there that don't do very well (mostly CPS ads) and we're avoiding those. Quality and making sure the ads that we do have perform better than normal adult ads is very important. We'll keep it up though, more to follow :)

Thanks! Very happy to hear that and we almost always have some credit score offers in the system. Please note that "search" promotions can't be used (no listing on Google etc) for any Credit offers as per the advertisers request.

Very happy to have you on board!

Hi,

Would it be possible to send me a message with your account ID? I'd like to take a look, your earnings shouldn't impact your access to surveys.

Thanks for the message, we'll get things figured out for you asap!

@All,

I've had the question of whether or not very old accounts that were deactivated or removed, can be re-activated.
The answer is that I'm more than happy to take a look. If it's still in the system, I'll gladly re-activate your account.
If not, we can certainly get you setup for a new account within minutes.

Also, t-shirts, trophies, medals, gift cards, PS4's, iPads, Xbox Ones and other CPAlead Rewards are being sent out late next week!
We've had over 2,000 Affiliates earn prizes of some kind! Wow and thank you!!! I'm excited to get everything out to all of you.

Thanks,
Peter

like many had an account a while back and let due to well reasons many know looking to get back in the fold got a bit more reading to do but like the honest effort at making it right!

Thanks Mlucas,

We've done everything that we could think of up to this point, but I can promise we're nowhere near done.
The team is currently implementing a slew of recommendations, suggestions and new ideas from Affiliates.

We have a proprietary algorithm going into place soon that is a game changer, we're shipping out tons of prizes to Affiliates and applying account bonuses everyday. That's naming but a few.

Thanks so much :)

Peter

Well we signed up and will be giving your offers a look see this weekend and testing some out looking forward to hopeful a great long and profitable relationship

How long does it take for payments to process? Seems like it's been 4 - 5 days so far.

Hi Pompano,

It depends on the payment type. If we're talking about regular payments, those adhere to a set schedule and should be right on time with only potential holidays or weekends causing a short delay or speeding things up.

If you're referring to Instapay or a VEP request, they typically record immediately then take up to 2 business days to process. So if you hit on a Thursday, it could take up to end of day Monday or early Tuesday depending on what time you made the request. Most actually get processed and taken care of within 24 hours but at certain times of the month, we receive a very high volume of requests and it can take up to the 2 days. That's still pretty quick given that its a payment anytime you want based on request but we do review each payment manually to ensure that everything is as it should be :)

Good question and thanks,
Peter
