They get sent to 250 media outlets that PRweb distributes too. There is a large list of sites so I can't name them all but some of the most popular are Yahoo News, Boston Globe, Chicago Tribune, Miami Herald, LA Business Times etc.

I have sample reports that show the websites as well if you want to send me a PM with your email
