The average is about 120 media outlets will pick up the release. I have seen as low as 90 and as high as 150. It just depends on what media outlets want to pick up your release and distribute on their websites.

Also, keep in mind that Google doesn't factor in Press Release links with rankings. They are good to have but don't directly corelate to increased SEO rankings
