This is what i saw when i wanted to place an order " This form is currently private and cannot be viewed by the public.".

can you get penalized by google for this?

I run a local carpet cleaning business, trying to get from page 4 to page 1,

but obviously don't want to potentially ruin what I have achieved so far.
