Yes, Web 2.0 blogs usually have higher authority and get ranked fast compared to site on brand new domain. Make sure you link out to money site from the Web 2.0. Also build some other type of links to your money site. Web 2.0 blogs alone wont rank you for medium-tough competition keywords.

Review: I got my report 11 days ago.
I sent these to some brand new Web 2.0s. The majority of them are still not indexed.
No SERP movement as well.
Not saying this is a bad service or doesn't work, I just haven't seen anything.

Thanks for posting your review. I checked your order details and found some of your web 2.0s are already deleted on site like..

moxx.net, easyxxxcontent.com + few more and some of the web 2 blogs have noindex attribute, so they wont index anyway.

Regarding SERP movement, when i checked your website link profile, i only found web 2 links. You will also need other type of links to rank for term you are targeting, its also not an easy keyword to rank.
