I never scam with any one only some delay happen with me. I say sorry for that and after that the person understand the problem and give me more order after that.

So that's happen because I can't try to spam any one but some time some technical reason raise so work go delay.

They were created in bulk, like 40-50 accounts per gmail email, therefore youtube was banning them instantly. I used them to upload videos, so this might have been a problem. Probably the can be used for comments/stars... i do not know. I am just posting my experience of the service.
