HONEST REVIEW :

1. They assigned me burned ips that have been used by spammers in the past and they hardly replaced the ips after several customer tickets

2. After 1 week they assigned the same C class to another spammer that got the whole C class in spamhaus, however they replaced the ips few days later after i insisted a lot to replace them.

3. I'm telling customer support that is impossible to use their servers for legit email marketing because of their VERY bad ips. And cutomer support is telling me that it's not their problem and that 95% of the people don't do legit email marketing.

4.After they told me that 95% of the people using them are spammers i've tried to send an email that will generate spam complaints just to test if they are some kind of bulletproof server but they suspended the server very quickly (24 hours)

Conclusion : This is a bad service for any kind of email marketers, even if you are doing legit email marketing or just spam this service is not worth it.

you had told me on skype that you are a legit email marketer but in just 12 hours there were more then 40 complains from spamcop and from some other sources. My abuse manager has send you all the complains and told you to fix those but no reply from you so according to our terms of service we suspend your server after 24 hour as we see that you did not fix any complain and just keep on doing spamming, and I think in my whole thread and on my website I never mention anywhere this word > bulletproof so read properly before you buy something

This is totally not true.
We have keept our ips clean for 2-3 weeks till the point where you gave the same C block to a spammer that got all the ips in that class into Spamhaus. After our conversation on skype and we had just a few more days on the server we decided to send an email that would generate spam complains so we can see how much do you care about spam complaints.
What i'm saying here your service is not good for any email marketer, not spammers or legit email marketers and as you said in our skype conversation a few times your clients are mostly spammers and your ip reputation is really bad on that sectors where you have spammers.

If you want your servers to be usefull to a legit email marketer then you should not let spammers use your ips because it will impact the other legit email marketers in that ip block. If you want your server to be usefull to any non-legit email marketer then don't cut access to their servers for a few complains. In this way your servers are not usefull to any email marketer.

Too much expensive, a lot of US providers allow legitimate email marketing, as long as you are not generating spam reports - they don't even know that you are doing it, i'm talking from a first hand. I'm paying $40 for /26 IP range with one US provider at the moment.

Can you kindly share which company is this?
