You promise 160GB on 400W plan on the OP but I received only 80GB of storage, could this be corrected as I switched to you because of the storage?
theses plans are out of stock, however while order you saw all current storage you will have on sales page and order page, i guess you just click too fast without reading
will check if i can exceptionnaly find one for you

Got report staff have +30 vps to install windows today, so would took a bit time but will be finish today.
Order, and if you failed in fraud (due of risk by maxmind report) you still be able to bypass with sending sms verification code.
If failed open a ticket and we will verify info and remove fraud statuts.
Never order from another vps, proxy, vpn as we won't remove fraud for such usage. We don't block any country to order even risky one, but we don't want customers try to hide, it's look suspicious. You can hide to Paypal your ip etc, it's up to you, they have their own verification precedure and we have ours.

Sorry to be a PITA but here goes
I got everything paid and installed just fine, seems to run very nicely now. BUT.
I should be on 1gbps line with my subscription, and also it should be in Arizona - not Nevada. Latter doesn't really matter much to me, but the speed is far from what I should be getting, right?

Looking from whois (not sure of the block you have) :

However speedtest.net don't parse WHOIS ip correctly so it's normal. Check whois from ARIN whois where there parse the data
Location is Phoenix, just do a traceroute and you will see :

tinet = telco
phx = their phoenix gateway name means phoenix
Regarding speedtest, please pm me your ip and password so i can check. Redone the test with softlayer server (sanjose, houston,dallas ...)
Speedtest.net is not a way to test GIGABITS link. If you use a slow server, etc you won't get good result
Another important point that's could cause the issue, if you have SATA plans, and one VPS customers use full speed on disk (like copy in another folder) you will get lower speedtest due of the way how speedtest.net is done (flash, browser application).
Right now there is no guaranted on disk access. We are testing this new features on a few server where each plans will have guaranted speed based on their plans on disk access.
Last on Phoenix, best speed test if i remenber i had was 400Mbps or around. Internet speed test. Look at competitor showing 900Mbps with 0-3ms ping ... it's local network and not INTERNET speedtest.net.
Same speed test with OVH will result about 300Mbps (from canada) so there is nothing wrong on such number.
100mbps on gigabits link is sure not enough
