be sure to set up windows with the kvm before you try connecting with remote desktop. check your email for the instructions

kvm is a special feature we have that's permit you to see and control your VPS as if you have it in front of you.
It's a terminal based in JAVA. it's permit install, reinstall windows as you have a real virtual server.
Remote desktop is just a windows service, if you want re/install windows it won't be enough.
For run SEO software you just need your software.

I used their vps before to run vps. Stable but the internet speed is normally like most vps . Some vps have more fast internet speed . Up to 600Mbps Download and upload. ( Speedtest.net test )

We have different datacenter and some are faster than others, some go to 200/300Mbps some up to 800Mbps.
Also SATA plans will be "slower" on speedtest.net than SSD or SAS, because speedtest.net need access disk at full speed (means no other VPS using disk) else result will be affect (that's apply to competitor too). Speedtest is just an idea and not the best result. iperf is certainely better but need more xp for use it.
Regarding invoice, we don't shutdown VPS immediatly on expiration date, better is to open a ticket and we will answer you based on the shutdown and expiratation date.
If remember WAC need .net to be installed. Check requirement on WAC website or ask developper what Microsoft library it's need to be installed.
I saw many customers using WAC and we bought it too and use it without problem.
