1) SSD or SAS plan are avaible in Las Vegas and France - Phoenix will have SSD plan next week and certainely Dallas before March.
SSD price in all location are the same as avaible at our home page of LAS VEGAS SSD plan.
2) Will fix it, we will setup looking glass as well (traceroute,ping,download file and for some BGP query)
3) Yes we don't allow jingling or such tools that's use too much disk I/O. Cpu is not an issue since most server use Dual CPU with 24 threads.
4) If you buy support yes, we have managed service or you can buy specific support per hour. We do seo too, so we known most tools and can help you more deep.
Yes. Remote Desktop is windows service. Your VPS will be like a REAL computer, you will have Java console for display video card, and with windows remote desktop.

The Phoenix server is very slow today. It is taking ages to open any application on it.

hey i just did a speed test and speeds are kinda really bad. if you could possibly switch me to a dif server that would be awesome. i dont know if someone else is running the same seo tools as me on this server, but it is really slow today. usually tests much higher than this....... http://www.speedtest.net/result/3321142903.png
