I am starting to think these boxes are way over sold. My Dallas server is running slow as hell, it's been over 10 MINUTES and still waiting to log in to Windows, its just sitting there with a Welcome screen and spinning cursor.

As explain bellow, we closed sales for not overload server.
We are waiting some new servers in USA for begenning of the week and IP for some others server in LAS VEGAS we still waiting since weeks.
Europe VPS will have new offer for budget that's f0rest00 order (public ip in option). If you interrested pm me.
Sales may go on end of next week or end of febuary.
We take beta order and manual check all setup of install. It won't be instant deliver. (24h/48h)
All our server never go oversold, price don't set quality in all case. All others Windows VPS vendor go to 70% marging or oversold, we go to much less.
We own a big part of our server where most others competitor need rent server. We also don't need buy license to reseller, we have SPLA Microsoft contract and nobody take marging on license cost.
Regarding Dallas VPS :
We've shaped 3 VPS in Dallas using 40 Mbps of disk I/O. We don't got answer from them yet. Pm me your vps id so i can check if it's you.
Dallas VPS is just 15 customers. We have more 2000 vps running. Did you saw issue or report other issue than Dallas ? No because all vps are NOT OVERSOLD PERIOD !
Since we launch international offer, we only move 2 customers due of server going have too much cpu used. 2 on +2000 VPS .... that's nothing.
We got a few customers asking for France to USA, and visversa that's not count since that's not due of server but location request.
Some server have issue and that's only due of some customers :
Customer using Jingling that's is not allow, or customer going full of ram and use disk as memory (swap disk), maybe your case it's seems.
SATA is 80Mb/s, SSD and SAS go around 200-300 Mb/s.
If your VPS go to 40Mb/s in write you slow done as hell all others customers.
We try to monitor each server very closely for such issue and shaped, shutdown VPS affected all customers on a server.
For Dallas VPS, there was 2 issues : First one, Intel Windows Driver not working good on this new server. After change real network card we still have issue. We fix the issue and sent update email about it. Previews customer post on this thread have new network driver and report excellent speed.
Second issue was fixed after restore the server. we saw 2 customers with very high disk I/O. (already explain before)
For now we only saw few SEO tools not fair with disk I/O : Jingling
Others tools are mostly Crypto currency Mining.
Last one is swap memory to disk.
That's why we preparing Jingling VPS with SSD. There will be no guaranted of disk I/O speed but this traffic exchange software don't care much about it.
If you need speed go to SSD or SAS plan. All our server have near dedicaced CPU for each customers. however SATA are still good but when you have a lot of disk access and need full power, SATA is not the best solution.
For example if you best result in GSA ser running 150+ Thread, SSD or SAS will perform better than SATA, first due of faster disk access, last due of near dedicaced CPU. It's not a lot of difference. However there will be if you do more stuff on the same VPS as run GSA + UD + Scrapebox.

I am also thinking the same of them overselling. VPS performance and RDP is very lagging and Down/Up Speed is very poor for 1 GBPS network port. I have Dallas VPS with 4GB and its very slow so far. Even a 1GB VPS from previous provider was faster than this one.
I hope this can get resolved.

I must of had issues with drivers or something, they said I was using too much I/O. They refunded me because the service did not fit my needs.

Yes but much depend how much bandwidth you will use per month. If you run 100-200Mbps 24x7 it's won't be allow.
Such usage cost about $200-$300 only for ip transit.
Torrent are only allow in french vps
if you plan to only use torrents, buy a storage plan
payza will be soon add
you can pay already with payza if you use exchange egopay (we accept egopay)
if it's a network issue we can move you to another datacenter.
if quality drop we refund you if we can't fix the load issue.
