Hello, can you pm me your account id, all SAS got delay deliver for some hours due of quota reach on all SAS server. Waiting was not long since we where installing new SAS and just a few hours wait.
Don't hesitate to open a ticket, all VPS are setup instant if hostname is correct.

You're speedtesting from a server on the same pipe. A ping < 1ms means you're on the same location. Select a server with a ping > 8ms if you want to know what your speed is to the web. You're doing a speedtest from a server basically in the same room

Tested on Dalas server and its quite good, uptime perfect 5 days in a row.

The Window Console is a VNC Java terminal display the Video Card output of your Virtual Server.
Remote Desktop is a Windows Server. So you need to have it setup in Windows.
You may need lastest Java client update.

Regarding your VPS, you can install Windows with Java Console or ask us by ticket for install it (as explain in welcome mail).
We will setup Remote Desktop for you too.
