for now we never have a such case with unfair unlimited usage, but if you plan to use a VPS as a seedbox and use 24x7 500Mbps, yes it's not unlimited.
1000 Mbps guaranted link cost about $1000-$2000 with quality TIER1 provider (could be less with Cogent for $500)
For SEO, Hosting, gaming, etc ... unlimited is really unlimited since you won't reach such volume.
SEO usage is less than 5Mbps in Average usage if you use GSA SER/XRUMER with max thread.
For reach 500Mbps 24x7 for hosting, you will need much more than 1 robust VPS.
i'm selling dedicaced server since 1997 and VPS since more than 5 years. People abusing of unfair unlimited usage known about it. Before october 2013, we sold only french speaking customer and never got any abusing or have to limit usage since 1997.

You can apply the coupon at the end of the order form. Vat will be waved also when you register and set your country

Before claim something you should check a little bit before post it. Our WHMCS license was owned before you start business in july/2010 (whois). And before we use Modernbill and even before our own billing software.
Mystake could happen anyway ...
Regarding http://vpswindows.biz, we use WHMCS Bridge Pro (paid license) for Wordpress. Whmcs domain was already post by 2 BHW members and was bought in Jan/2010.

Please open a ticket in your customer panel. User in RDC is always Administrator as it's real full VPS and not a shared server. Pm me if need
We don't provide such service, seems mostly avaible from Asia or East Europe only and price is generally more expensive than usual
will done some later today. Yesterday testing a customer vps show 600/910Mbps from 100W SATA plan in France and 300/200Mbps in USA.
USA DC will have a new telco (NTT) next weeks or before end of the month.

I would really like to try a VPS, but only have experience with Cpanel and shared hosting. So not sure if I am ready for taking on a VPS yet.
