I think OP has a real problem with TAT. It's been 2 weeks I haven't received my 1st report and it's been 7 days I haven't received my 3rd order. The 2nd report was sent to the wrong person and just received it yesterday.

I won't ask for refunds but I guess I'll think twice to place the next order...
