I also never understood why people want to sell sources of income, if your adsense alone pulls in over 2k a year why settle for 4k right now?

Just doesn't make any sense, to me any ways; but I could be wrong!

I completely fail to see how you got effectively a $7.5 CPM after taking mobile views/adblock/not watching the whole advert. Youtube is typically around $1.40 per 1000 before you take in consideration unmonitisable views.

Is the account in good community standing? Any third party match content or copyright warnings?
