So, if SpinnerChief upgrades to version 4 will i have to re-purchase the software or will it be a free upgrade or i have to pay fraction of the price for upgrade?

Updates, yes. Upgrades - there is no SC4 in development currently, if and when it happens a decision will be made at that time.

Problem solved now? We only get 3 api upgrade request in past 3 days. Not sure if you are one of them.
