Here's my review to their service.
I placed my order last July 04, 2018 for a 3K word Amazon product review and received it on July 13, 2018. It took 6 business days for them to deliver my order. But I do appreciate for giving a heads up that it will be delayed. I'm really looking forward to see the article as I'm hyped with the positive reviews here. Finally, when I received my product review, I checked it right away. Upon reading the product review, I noticed that it didn't follow the guidelines in the content brief I've provided. I pmed CShark in Skype to raise my concerns. He said, I paid for the basic package and came up with a custom one and there is a mismatch and I should have consulted him right at the start of the order.
Here's my take on this:
I clicked the basic package link in this thread. filled up the order form and placed the link for my content brief. I pmed him here in BHW that I already placed my order and said that if they have any questions just let me know. They didn't come back to me for any questions or clarifications or just to inform me that my content brief is for the custom package. Why they even put a details box or upload details on there basic pagkage form if it is considered a custom order. They should at-least put a helpful instruction in their form to state the accepted details for the basic package. Maybe this is just a misunderstanding but I didn't get what I've requested.
Communication: 6/10

@totski, The package that you chose is titled as basic package. If you wanted custom articles you should have consulted with me on Skype in case you didn't know which was the right one for your task.
That's what most of my clients would do any day, even those that don't know how the form works or what the word " basic" might stand for.
We're professionals.
When you raised a concern about the job not entirety matching your requirements we immediately identified the issue and told you what caused the problem--you'd chosen the wrong package and the job was not done by the copywriter that usually take on these tasks.
Even after all that, given it was your first order, Brandon tells me he had offered you a revision at half the price or $15.
It appears you had more time to write a lengthy review on here than invest $15 on top to get the file revised as per your specification.
