My review:

I ordered the DD medium pack and received an easy to read report within a few days.

The links provided were all from forum profiles where the user signs up on your behalf and inserts your hyperlink within the url or signature part.

Time will tell if these links are indexed and add any value. I haven't build such links before so cannot comment on their effectiveness.

I would not recommend this type of link building as your sole strategy because it could look suspicious, but as part of your overall strategy I think you could get away with it and it could help increase your rankings.

I am extremely cautious about the quality of the backlinks after the penguin and panda updates. I make sure all the backlinks are from articles with quality related content. The article he provided in the web 2.0 property is as good as that of a money site and completely unique, with related image and other tags. It is as good as something that you would do yourself without compromising on quality. The other links are also neatly done.

I would say this offering is a steal for the quoted price.. Highly recommended.
