I was able to get a review copy of the professional package but I was only targeting one highly competitive keyword. here are the results after 1 month since the campaign started.

This is probably the most competitive keyword I have ever targeted with 1,000,000 monthly searches (12 month average) and 1,500,000 monthly searches for the last 3 months. its a highly competitive keyword that is only getting more competitive as it gains even more popularity.

the backend is great but the only downside is that you won't see where you links are (but you get to see the anchor text used, type of link, time of index, etc) but I totally understand that as it would be easier for someone to copy the service doing that. You can easily go to a backlink checker like ahrefs to check your links.

I really liked how it updated in real time to show the progress of the links made and also the built in ranking charts and anchor text distribution pie charts are great for anyone who wants to see the breakdown of anchor text in a visual, easy to understand, way.

from my results I can see that my keyword is still on the way up and I am sure it will easily hit page 2 in a few days.

I was looking at the Incredible package.

I notice the 150 High PR network bit, is that only for the duration of us staying as a client or are they permanent and will stay regardless?

The links will stay regardless of that - we won't be removing them, you can be sure of that :)

Looks like the articles written are automated, the 2 images for my order were for one: a huge url watermark to a competing site, and the other: a blank video image(http://i.imgur.com/Rzrqojs.png).

Also all the link building progress on my order have the permalinks hidden, and most of the anchor links are labeled '1', so I don't know if any linkbuilding effort is actually being made: http://i.imgur.com/EBrlySe.png

I assume I am not eligible for a refund even though the link building progress isn't complete?
 
1. Articles are not automated but written and edited manually by me and my team.
2. If a poorly selected image found its way into your articles I apologize.
3. The blank video image is only a placeholder that represents a screenshot of YouTube videos that are embedded in your posts.

If you have concerns regarding my service I would prefer if you would raise them with me first.
I'm always available here through PM, on e-mail or on Skype.
Posting here first makes me think your goal is not to have issues fixed but to complain - publicly.

Furthermore, the thread cleary states that complete reports with links aren't provided since we need to protect our methods and our network.
If you wish, you can always use 3rd party services like Ahrefs to find the links we built.
Anchor links that are marked as "1" means we can't display your keyword because this is a social share (twitter, pinterest, etc) or a web bookmark.

Just ordered the starter package (order number 108). I will be eagerly waiting for the results and will be ordering lots more if the results are anywhere near those reported by the reviewers.

By the way, the form allowed only one main keyword. Can we enter an additional keyword? If yes, how should I do it?
