Im new in scrap + email send so here's a few questions that i need help.
1- How many proxy's i need to start testing? I was thinking in try with none, but its dangerous right?
2- Its safe to send those contacts ? No damage to the website i am using the link?
3- What i must watch out before start? How to dont do something i will regret?

It all depends on the search engine you are scraping in Paigham Bot. If you are scraping yahoo, bing or aol then you dont really need proxies. If you are scraping Google you will need quite a bit of proxies to scrape.
I have never had any issues. If you are concerned though, you can always put up a secondary site or web age to drive traffic too.

Its mentioned in this thread multiple times about the price increases. The OP was made 3 or 4 years ago. Tons of new features and abilities have been added since then. And actually right now there is a sale with the application marked down 25%

5 Private Dedicated proxies (I assume they work good) will last you a a very long time if you are only scraping and posting to 1000 sites a day.

The few examples I've seen of people using this successfully seems like people selling services like SEO, likes, followers, etc. I am part of a company sells physical products that some businesses may need (for example: laser printers and printer paper) -- could you give me an idea of what kind of message I would send to other businesses? Have you seen anyone become successful when they're in a similar situation as I?

There are a lot of people in lots of niches that use this, finance, investment, lots of digital services, apps, construction companies, marketing, affiliate marketers etc. Most of the time it comes down to how invent one is with their marketing strategy. With your trade specifically, selling printers and papers, I cant say perse. Obviously you can use the data it collects, like phone numbers for calling them, emails for sending promos, addresses for sending stuff. You could always use the contact form submitter, just to message them and inquire about arranging a call with the accounts receivable etc. Its really going to come down to how you approach them. I would think your specific products will not be a fast sale, but at least a 2 or 3 contact session with prospects.
Yes, but you can only use proxies for either scraping or posting seaparately. Proxies can't be used for the two functions at the same time.

Is there anyway to get the 'contact us' links from the list of URLs? Let's say I have a list of 500k URLs ex: http://google.com, and I want the contact pages of all these URLs like this: http://google.com/contact-us.
