Hi,
could you please help,the bot has a very low success rate when posting, I always get errors (it fails to resolve urls). I sent a support ticket 2 days ago, and still no answer, and I suppose I'm going to wait 2 days more since it's the week-end

You said you sent a support ticket two days ago? Hmmmm.. Whats the email you used for that since we don't see any support ticket from two days ago. We have answered all of our support tickets within hours of receiving, and have checked both the email form our support receives and the cms log as well and dont see any unanswered.

Secondly, if you are receiving a low success rate on posting, I am assuming you are uploading your own URLS and not allowing Paigham Bot to scrape. If you are uploading your own URLS then we do not offer support to this, but can offer you guidance.

As we have mentioned in many videos and even the FAQ page, if you are acquiring site lists from other sources, such as other scrapers or purchasing lists from others be sure the list is filtered for the contact page footprint (Such as scraping with a contact form footprint) as the application WILL NOT POST TO SITES THAT DO NOT HAVE THE CONTACT FORM FOOTPRINT. Also, this is a sales thread here, if you have support issues you MUST USE THE SUPPORT FORM on site. As it helps us analyze specific issues someone may be having with specific questions that we ask on our dynamic form.

P.S. The only support ticket we received concerning success rate, was received yesterday (last night US time) and was replied to. It stated this
"I am trying to scrape some data. After adding 3 keywords its only shows 16 urls. I am using private proxies to scrape the data. Is your software works? I am a bhw user. I have all other tools like scrapebox, gsa, and so on. But your software is not scraping 0.01 % what other software can scrape. I really would like to use your software. Pls guide me how can I solve this problem."

Is this you? Cause a reply was sent to the person that sent the above. We stated:

Yes the application works fine. We are running current campaigns now. We would recommend that you look into your proxies. People often believe the proxies the are using are good for scraping google with and essentially they are not.If you do not feel it is your proxies, then please provide us the keywords you are scraping for and we will show you the results that we get."

Well one you have not been waiting a week. So stop exagerating your time frames here. And every message you have sent, with exceptuion of the last one has been replied to (didnt reply to the last one since all it said is you sent a support ticket) and all support tickets have been replied to. So considering what here you stated, did you read all of the post above?

Again you are not being truthful. You stated this in your last message

So stop lying. I am curious if you are the same person that got banned from this thread a week ago. Caus ethat person quite frequently lied in the thread.And the bot works fine. I looked at your image you sent, I can tell from the log you uploaded urls' so again you are not being truthful. Now as I said before Iwe do not support lists of sites that you upload on your own. And I also gave you guidence on how to be sure you have a postable list.

Here is the message (I sent you twice), are you blind or something? You dont see my mails, you dont see tickets, what's wrong with you?

Could you just help for one last thing (then I'll open tickets I s wear lol), when posting, the bot fails for almost every u r l and I get this error for each one :
"Error system . net . web Exception the remote name could not be resolved 'xxx'

(note there is no slash before the word contact, maybe that causes the error)
Do you have an idea of what it could be?

Listen, I can tell you uploaded the url list. And as I have stated we do not provide any support on lists you acquire on your own. AND AGAIN: ALL SUPPORT IS HANDLED ON THE URL I GAVE YOU! YOU HAVE NOT FILLED OUT ANY SUPPORT FORM.

And what you quote above was not your last message to me. That was a couple messages ago.

2. I click on the Posting tab to post on those scraped urls. And big fail as you can see, very poor success rate.

Sent you the final support reply. Will be posting it here for the record. Perhaps other people will also learn from this answer as well. And although a lot of this is mentioned in several places in this thread, and also in the videos on the tutorial page on site, I guess it is good to always refresh this information for everyone.


Going through your list we will break a couple of these down for you. First let us explain that Paigham Bot will not post to sites that do not have the contact form footprint. It will not post to sites that forms are in java script, it will not post to site forms that have additional mandatory fields not covered in the footprint details etc.

The application also, has a footprint operator that can be controlled.
We only support the default footprint and do not support when one changes the footprint from the default. This list you have given would not be scraped with the default contact form footprint so either it must have been scraped with a changed footprint or uploaded a list acquired somewhere else.

With that said lets look at some of your sites that you have sent.

This site has additional mandatory fields, requiring to be filled out besides the normal average fields. Paigham Bot only is supported with the fields contained in the info section and can not post to any form that has additional fields that are required such as the one on this form: "Votre demande concerne*"

There is not actually any form on this page.

http://www.starletslematou.com/contact.html
This form also has additional mandatory fields that can not be posted too. The 5+0 question (that is not captcha)

This page throws an error when we try to open it manually.

And these issues go on and on in your site list. However, we did find one posting adjustment and are in the process of updating the application. We will let you know when the application update is live.

Also, the success log and posting log only report back what the site itself reports back. If after message is submitted there is no response of confirmation on that page, then the post will be reported as unsuccessful, even though it was sucessfully posted. Here is an example: http://bijoux-crinoline.fr/contact.html when you fill out this form on this page, it does not confirm on the page of the submission but rather opens an entirely new link. This of course would affect it being reported as a sucessful submission into paigham bot.

The examples of thes sites here are not typical of the ones that are usually returned, since this list was acquired outside of the normal contact page footprint (the default one).
