Before I install this I want to make sure there is no spyware attached to it, the last thing I want is my browser hijacked or mysterious spam popups appearing on my desktops.. This is my work computer and I can't risk infection, and after all, this is a black hat product so that should increase the risks. Let me know, thanks!

Okay thanks for the reassurance. I'm not usually that paranoid but I recently got infected after installing some YouTube video downloading software. Anyway quick question about your product.. Can I customize the contact form message for each site in the list and manually accept/send each one as I go along? I'm looking for something to find leads and simplify the process of filling out the contact forms, but I don't want to blast thousands of people, I want to take a bit of time to tweak the message for each site.
Question 2: Does it do its searching with Google or can I specify a different search engine? Or can it do its own spidering from a starting URL?

You can do that, although it would take you a very long time. It's doable though.
PB only scrapes from Google.
Is there a support email?
I purchased a license today and am trying to load my own list of URL's, but its just not working at all. I sent a support ticket, but it is a little annoying that you require addresses, phone numbers, url's just to request some support.
Anyways, I am sure the software works great, but just need some help with this feature before the 48 hour refund time period expires.

UPDATE: I did receive a respons a little while ago. I am sure the support will fix my problem. Looking forward to trying this out tomorrow.

To upload urls and post to them, first click the scrape button then once all of the sites are uploaded then click to submit.Be sure that the list you are uploaded have been acquired using the footprint for contact forms. This will dramatically increase your results.But thanks for contacting support at [email protected]

I just purchased paighambot and i tried it with my own urls (not acquired through PB) it doesn't worked. While i understand that it may will not be able to post on urls that doesn't meet the requirements since those are not scraped using PB, at least some of them are qualified for posting.
I do have DBC and all files are in .txt files, is there an issue with encoding? like ANSI, UTF8 etc. I also tried uploading saved contact forms harvested using the tool but it's getting the same problem.
I do use DBC too.

As our support team instructed you in email, to further assist you, you need to send a screen video of your process. As already proven by countless satisfied customers, Paigham Bot works perfectly fine. I suspect you are not doing something correct on your side. The only way to assist you is a video. For your reference, all support is handled through email as you have already done or through the support form on the main site.
