So Here`s few things I`d like to address. I have not bought the bot yet, but I browsed the forums looking for more info and came across couple of people who said that this "method" is saturated, bot is too expensive and so on;
1. This cant be too saturated. You are litteraly contacting businesses throught their contact forms. While the forms are there, there is money to be made.
2. I saw people say that its too expensive - Nope. You can litteraly make back your investment in 1 day if you have a solid plan.

Really good take on the opportunity with this software. I personally, along with tons of others use this software on a daily basis to make money, so you are right. You can read the reviews through out this thread and confirm that. And just in general as long as there is a way to contact people there will always be an opportunity to make money. There are more than 1 billion sites online, so gauge your opportunity from that number.

As far as price costs Id argue the software isn't expensive enough for what it does. But luckily we don't need to talk costs as right now its 50% off for black Friday.
