I purchased two sites from luhasr few days after he launched this service. Here are my results:

Site 1:
Adsense: $475 in 2 months
Markethealth: $147 in 2 months

Not bad for a 2 months old site.

Site 2:
I don't have Adsense here. This is in Adult niche. Got $23 from one CPA sale at SellHealth.

I am assuming I will make atleast 10X of what I invested in few more months.

I am a math and stat guy. I am not good at niche and content. Luhasr is a perfect fit for me.

I have some timezone difference issues with luhasr. You usually get response in 12 - 24 hours from him because he is from a different timezone. Otherwise he is pretty good. Recommended service for anyone who are looking to outsource the crucial part of money making website.
