I ordered a package from you back on April 10th. Things started out bad.

You stated that you sent the initial niche/keyword. It apparently went to spam. OK, no problem, I'll grant you that.

Since then, you have sent me a [few] potential niches/keywords that only a IM NEWBIE would salivate over.

I opted to use your service to save time but this has been anything but a time saver.

I have had it with pulling teeth. I'm not a dentist! I need to see results; not time delayed empty promises!

Remember, I ordered this back on APRIL 10th!

I ordered this package on April 4th, 2014, it is now in MAY 3rd, 2014. This is one 1 MONTH, yet your TAT is expressedly stated to be 5 to 10 days. In that time you have offered "3" potential keywords.

However, none of those 3 keywords fit the criteria in your sale page. One of them was a complete and utter SEO debacle. Who builds a website around defunct shipyard?

What steps do I need to take now?

Escalate the PayPal dispute and then start a BHW ShitList?
