The previous orders will not be under the new speed, since they have been added to the previous system. The main difference between Type A and Type B views is that, by ordering type B views you are getting a guarantee that on video deletion (Valid proof showing video deleted due to views) you will be given a full refund.

As mentioned earlier, your video was added before the new system was introduced, and even if it was added in the new system, it is still on the roll. It clearly states that the processing time is 12-24 hours, and after that it's 50-80K views per day, it's not INSTANT. You just can't place an order, and expect 50-80K views from that very moment.
