Video has been removed on 25.12, I asked you for refund so far no reaction. Video does not violate TOS, no other view providers, so must be due to your service.
Please either:
Deliver the views to the new URL or
refund

Open dispute on paypal... Its work more like writing here...you have 40 days I think to open dispute..I won dispute with him...

Better when you make dispute on paypal...here will be dificult...Virtualhacker007 said something about exams in next few weeks and he will be unavailable. I think its only game to get more time to people not make paypal dispute 40 days and not do refund...Then don't waste time and go to paypal dispute.
