Did you really make the refund as you said two days ago? I do not see that on my Paypal account. Normally, it does not take 2 days. Please do it otherwise I will escalate the dispute to Paypal.

I wait for my refund more then week now... they wrote me in email that will make me video by phone that sent me refund... but still only bla bla bla...nothing happen...

1) Can the 40K package be divided among 6-7 videos?
2) Can the view be U.S./UK geo-targeted?
3) Can the views be "drip" fed?

2. No, currently we only send WorldWide views.
3. Yes, the views can be drip feed.
4. It means, we can now send your videos to the first page of youtube/trending, by sending a couple of millions of views.

The views are not frozen, youtube doesn't update views every hour, it takes some time, so you don't need to worry about it.
