Hello, if it has been 24 hours after placing the order, then give it some more time. Since we need time for processing video. On the other hand, YouTube has had an update, and therefore all speeds are now slow.

YouTube had an update, and therefore some of the videos were deleted. However, the $0.85 HR views do not have refund policy, since it is stated that these views can cause your video to be deleted.
The $3 Fast HR views only have money back guarantee policy.

I have decided to open shit list for the 3 disputes that I have received in PayPal. This is because, it is CLEARLY written on this SALES THREAD and the TERMS & CONDITIONS of our website that once you buy the views, we will NOT provide any sort of refund since according to YouTube, buying views from a third party seller is a breach of their terms of service.
If you do not want to risk your video getting banned, then DO NOT BUY $0.85 worth views from suppliers and sellers like ourselves. Kindly go and buy views from Google Adword video Promotion for $20-$50 per 1,000 views.

I can clearly say by your comment that you are just a beginner in Video Marketing. If you are spending $5 per 1,000 views, that means you are using a CPC of $0.005, and in that price, you will get 1,000 views in a month, and that too from third tier countries.
So don't try to act cool by just posting a comment, have facts ready to back yourself up. I have been into this for more than two years, and I know what I am talking about. In fact I have over 60 campaigns running in at this moment in Adword for YouTube views, and if you want I can create a demo campaign and show you how much it costs to get views from Adwords.
And why on earth would anyone buy Adwords Views from you? Are you the Marketing Head of YouTube? Anyone can open up an Adwords account and get themselves the 'real' views.
